Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada.
How long will it take to process my order?
Each order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once your package arrives in your country. Please note that these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Each artwork is created and packaged with care, and all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me and we'll find a solution.
Mail Club FAQ
Billing
Cost: $14 CAD/month for Canada & U.S. residents, and $16 CAD/month for international subscribers (to help cover the higher postage cost).
Sign up Deadline: Sign-up by the 20th to receive the current month’s letter. For example, to receive March’s letter, sign up by March 20th. Sign-ups after the 20th will receive the following month’s mail club.
Subscription Renewal: Your subscription renews on the same day each month. If your subscription starts on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, it will renew on the last day of shorter months.
Cancel a Subscription: Cancel anytime through your customer account, making sure to do so before your next renewal.
Shipping & Delivery
Mailing: Letters are mailed during the last week of each month.
Delivery Standards: Please allow 6 business days for Canada & U.S. delivery and 10 business days for international delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking: Letters are sent without tracking to keep the subscription affordable.
Lost or Damaged Mail: If your letter is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out and I’ll be happy to assist you.
